(xposted from
my primary wordpress blog)
So today my debut book,
NINJA comes out from
Loose Id.
In a parallel world of alchemy, demons and superheroes, even the most ordinary may harbor the most extraordinary of secrets. The law firm Liz Blackwell works for is entwined with one of the world's most notorious crime organizations; the Snakehead Triad. With the help of her ex-college roommate, attorney Liz leads a double life as an FBI informant. One night, Liz is attacked by a Triad alchemist, only to be saved by a mysterious ninja.
Things get even more complicated when the ninja becomes her secret lover.
But Liz isn't the only one with secrets.
Kent Alistair, Liz's secretary has had a crush on his boss for the past six months he's been working with her. He's never made a move; a relationship would risk too much; her safety, his vendetta against the Triad, as well as his secret identity as the Ninja. But once he gets a taste of her, his desire can no longer be restrained.
In the middle of an international game of crime wars, demons and mystical objects, can Liz and Kent learn to trust each other before it is too late?
Publisher's Note: NINJA contains sexual content that may be objectionable to some readers: anal sex, voyeurism, and violence.

Inspired by Dave Louise Edelman's success with wacky promotional giveaways for his awesome book Infoquake, I too, have decided on some wacky promotional giveaways. I'm not sure how many of these I'm going to do, but I'll see how the first few turn out, and we'll go from there, 'K?
So the first two:

For an additional entry, submit your favorite line from the book. (And don't forget to include, the name and title of the book!) Email me your entry at superstories*remove*asterisks at racyli dot com. This contest ends February 16th (That's Chinese New Year!)
