long time no talk
hey all,
i know i haven't written in forever! i've been really busy and really bored at the same time! basically, i've just been too lazy to write. anyways, not too much has been happening around here where i live. basically, just going out to eat and doing a little exercising and stuff. and on top of that, i'm sick now. i have a sinus infection and a salivary gland infection, and a cold...what is that all about? so basically...it sucks! it's not like bed-ridden sick though. like i can still go out (sort of), go to the gym and do other stuff, i just have like a sore throat and my neck hurts (weird). so, it's just the annoying kind of sickness, but nothing that gets me out of running errands for my mom or working out. yesterday, i learned how to knit, so i'm currently working on a scarf. i'm definitely a beginner, but it's so much fun. my mom's friend owns a knitting store, so she taught me how to knit yesterday! maybe i'll finish the scarf i'm making by the time school starts, so i can wear it and show everyone! i feel like an old lady now. i think i'll go sit by the fire and start knitting..hehe. ok, that's enough about that!
it seems like all i do over break is see movies. last night i saw the sneak preview of "win a date with tad hamilton." kate bosworth was in it. she was the girl in blue crush. i'd have to say it was a cute movie, very predictable and cliche, but cute. if you have no other movies to see and nothing else to do, then go see, but don't plan your evening around it! anyways, so the next plan for movies to see: "In America" which is about and irish family that moves to america, "Big Fish" about a boy trying to learn about his dad's past, "Calendar Girls" about an older woman putting a calendar together to raise money for her husband and a local hospital, and "Honey" the dance movie with Jessica Alba. I'm not sure when they're going to happen, but judging by the fact that i've seen a billion movies so far over break, i'm sure i'll go see a few more before its over. o yea, two nights ago, i went with my parents to see "paycheck" with ben affleck against my will (hehe). i wanted to see "calendar girls" but my dad said that his vote was paycheck, so that is what we went to see. i have to say, normally i dont' like those kind of movies, but paycheck was definitely a good one. AND not just because ben affleck was in it. i was disappointed with the female costar (Uma Thurman) because she definitely was not nearly gorgeous enough to appear opposite ben affleck aka mr. sexy himself! haha! anyway, so since ever one of my entries is about movies, i should just start hosting my own movie review website! ok, well i'm gonna get off my ass and go do something productive. bye byes.
