Barry Morse, R.I.P.
Actor Barry Morse is dead at age 89. Morse was best known to the general public for his portrayal of Lieutenant Philip Girard, the detective who pursued wrongly accused Doctor Richard Kimble through four seasons of The Fugitive television series. Sci-fi fans will undoubtedly recall his role as Professor Victor Bergman in the first season of Space: 1999.
