I have meat pies in the oven. Well, okay, teeny weeny little meatbiscuits, but they're puffing up and they smell delicious. I'm a little nervous, since this is my first attempt (not to mention my first time doing something more serious in the kitchen than scrambled eggs, grilled cheese, or microwave poutine), but with a little tweaking I think it could work very nicely.

Recipe to follow if it works!

EDIT:
Crust--totally 100% perfect.
Meat--needs to be fresh rather than out of the freezer, next time. :( Anyone want to come to my house for a haircut?
