Sorry about the math homework. I have a huge dislike for math too. Haven't done any since high school. Which leads me to wonder, why again did I stress myself out with all those math courses in grade 12 when I'm not using any of them in university? Oh, I remember. My mom did drop her "My daughter's going to be an engineer/doctor!" dreams until my second year of university. Now, she's all about the "My daughter's going to be a lawyer!" dreams. *sigh...

Welcome, I thought you guys would like to know.. cause I'm sure there are alot of members that don't go to the site that often.

Yeah thanks, I'm doing the multimedia communications degree, short term for Graphic arts and Web Design.. and we aren't using this much Math. I basically had start over in math, except for the basic stuff, of course... because my High School had a different course line up and it screwed everything needed for College math courses.
But after this quarter no more math.. Woo.
My mom totally wanted me to be a doctor, still does.. Haa.

Yay for the end of math. All it does is cause you anguish, which only increases when you find out later that you don't even use of the math skills you had to learn in the university course. *sigh...

I'm taking a double major in Criminology and Sociology, with a minor in Psychology. So, you can see why I'm being all "Why the frak did I take Algebra, Calculus, Statistics, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, etc?" Grade 12 was pure torture.

What wow, that's insane... I don't think I could even get through calculus! Cool majors though.. I would of love to major in those.. but the course load was to insane for me. I'm sticking to just taking the Soci and Psych for my humanities or Social Sciences which ever they fall under.

The big question now is "what am I going to do with a degree like this" when I graduate in May? I'll probably have to go to grad school if I want a half decent job. *sigh...
