Wow... I just saw a nice scam that some lonely loser out there is falling for right now. It's some text messaging service that once you text the word "party" to a sertain number you will start to "connect" to all the hip happening people that are text messaging each other... However at the end of the commercial in verry fine print it says $0.50 per

Trouble is, it really doesn't matter. you can come up with any unrealistic contract you want with someone, but you'd spend so much time and money fighting the rejection of charges by people, it just wouldn't be worth it...
Not to mention that sort of thing just doesn't hold up in court. The trick in that sort of situation is you shoot for a large target audience, small amounts of money per person, and then though you might have to refund a certain percentage, most other will eat the cost rather than admit they were stupid. Hehe.
