Identity
Full name and title: Izumi Saito aka. Izzie.
Species: Vampire
Mortal status: Undead, in a vampiric fashion.
Sex/gender: Female
Age: 25 with the appearance of a 11 year old.
Appearance
Eyes: A very deep, crystal blue. These become much darker while she is feeding - though it is hard to tell as she usually eats with her eyes closed.
Hair/spines/horns/crest: White-blonde, with a centre-parted fringe which falls to her chin. The remainder of her hair is tied back into two thick plaits which fall to just above her knees. If left untamed this hair is most curly and has a habit of getting caught in things, the last time this happened it was in a wheel and she decided, in the aftermath, to never have it down again.
Skin: Pale, but with a spattering of freckles across her cheeks and nose.
Build and height: 5" exactly, with an average build. She's not one for athletics, though nor is she one for eating much. Her small appetite and childlike metabolism help keep her weight down.
Tattoos/piercings/markings: After failing for several years to get a tattoo, she finally convinced a tattooist in Summerville of her age and was able to get one of an eye on her lower back.
Clothes and jewellery: Izumi has always found it slightly annoying that she is only able to find clothes that fit her in the children's sections of clothes stores. If she could afford it, she would have someone tailor for her - but alas, for now she is bound to bright pinks and pretty frocks of pastel hue.

Information
Place of birth: The back room of a rather beaten down terraced home in Jericho, Trenham
Place of residence:A small rented room in a more dilapidated area of Leng Cutting, just west of the station. She doesn't pay for her boarding, however, as the landlady has a soft spot for children which Izumi likes to exploit. Molly Farnes thinks her to be a 13 year old who's run away from home, and offered to put her up for as long as the girl wanted. Insufferable as being treated like a child is, it's not like Izzie could afford alternative accommodation. She's very good at not acting her age - it comes naturally.
Occupation, if any: Nothing long term, she is occasionally able to pick up the odd job through some of her connections - but most won't even consider her because of what people would think...
Qualifications/skills, if any: GCSEs in all the usual things, got an A* for imagination with her English. She once considered becoming a writer, but never followed it through.
Magical discipline and level, if any: None whatsoever. It's a shame really, as that could be really useful.
Relationship/marital status: Practically non-existant. It's hard to pull guys when you're a vampire with the appearance of a small child. Most people would consider it strange to say the least.
Personality
Religious beliefs, if any: None, but she dislikes people who obsess over things like religion.
Political views, if any: She would like equal rights for people like her, oh, and world peace.
Personal morality/values, if any: Life goes on, just keep swimming and smiling and it's bound to turn out okay in the end. Also, she gets a great sense of self-worth from helping people and making them smile and often puts others first.
Likes: Ice cream, Blood (Which she will only ever get from willing donors or the Blood Banks), Making up Stories, Giggling, Singing, Meeting New People, Tattoos, Rain, Cloudy days and Alcohol.
Dislikes: Bright Sunlight, Being treated like an infant, cruelty, living in squalor, discrimination and cooked meat.
Other: Izumi has a very child-like and sunny disposition, quite contrary to the stereotype for a vampire. She is very optimistic, despite the troubles the world has put her through. This could be something to do with the fact that she always looks at things and situations with a somewhat detatched view, and has a tendency to not pay attention to her surroundings. This can give people quite an odd first impression of her, but they'll soon find out that, despite her rather odd social and behavioural habits, she has a heart of gold and an almost omnipresent ability to make the world around her seem a little brighter.
Biography
Family? Her father was a Japanese vampire named Hiro Saito, who married and had her with a non-vampire, rather hippyish, albino woman named Emilie LeParque. Her mother died in child-birth, so she was brought up by her father who had a hard time putting up with her strange ways, but sticks by her till this day, despite her insisting that she move out and find her own way in the world so as not to cause him any more grief.
Education/childhood? She was brought up by her father, who, as a Hume vampire taught her those morals. She attended school until she began to be teased for her youthful appearance. She put up with it for almost a year, but eventually dropped out to become home educated. She didn't like to put more stress on her father - who was working full time just to provide the basics for them both and so she eventually left home to make her own way so her dad could get his life back.
Romantic history? None, unless you count the results of a game of Kiss Chase in school.
Friends and enemies? Over the years Izzie has managed to gain several friends and contacts, and very few enemies that she knows of, other than other vampires who disapprove of her behaviour and heritage.
Goals? Aspirations? Hopes? She knows that she's sterile - her father never kept secrets from her, that she knew of, and so does not expect to have children. She would, however, like to find a man with whom she could share her life - unlikely as that may be. Other than this, she hopes one day people will all live happily together.
Other? Zilch.
