so since my last post I GRADUATED FROM HIGH SCHOOL, and now I am officially a college student, i am now...a freshman. again. lol. i can't wait for school, LESS THAN TWO MONTHS. it's weird. yesterday i was looking up shows for this band and they're playing in wallingford this summer so i was like oh great i'll just get some friends to go with me. The date was august 25th and at first i was like oh cool, but then i was like, wow, i'll have been in south carolina for 10 days on the 25th. my classes will have already started. it's weird. just shows how little time i have left here in good old cromwell. :[
project graduation was awesome, me, susy and carly of course did our amazing techno dances. we had lots of fun.
annnnnyways. so Katie's grad party is tonight...on an island...in branford...you can figure out the rest...yup rach is pumped. too bad the weather is shit.
i miss hannahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. but she'll be home tomorrow i think. yayyyyy.
the day before graduation i went to ashleys beach house and my ENTIRE BODY (besides what was covered by my bikini) got fried. it was really bad. and of course i didn't wear any sunscreen. agg, now my back is peeling ALL OVER. damn sunburns. there are spots that are lighter than other spots on my skin and it's kinda gross looking lol and my body's really itchy tooooooo. at least i can take a shower now without dancing around the water. and at least now i can go out in the sun for more than 5 seconds without my body burning more. haha. and hey, at least i'm getting a nice tan.
i've been running on the treadmill these past 3 days, i'm proud of myself. i've become paranoid lately becuase i'm not doing any sports and i'm usually running around with some damn ball in my hand or at my feet which keeps me in shape. but after soccer i didn't do anything and softball didn't really count because softball at CHS is just pathetic. and my doctor told me at the beginning of the school year that i should do some sort of physical activity since i'm not playing a sport, and i didn't do that, so i'm gonna make up for it now, this summer, and hopefully continue it at college. maybe i'll play intermural sports or something.
i kinda wish i stuck with cross-country after freshman year. i was one of the best girl runners of all the teams we ran against in middle school, and freshman year, i was better than some of the seniors. sometimes i wonder how i would have done this year if i had done it each year. i probably would have done better in x-country than i did in soccer. in soccer i was just another player for the team, nothing special, scored like 2 goals the whole year, didn't contribute too much. oh well. can't do anything about it now.
wellllll i am hungry. goodbye
