so i've read about half of a 400 page book today. my goal for this summer is to read at least 2 books. i doubt that will happen so i hope i at least finish this book and read another one. people who say reading is boring or "who read's?" are idiots and probably have the reading level of a third grader. i wish i realized this earlier.
anyways, i don't really know how i've been feeling lately. i can say, however, that i've been full of emotions, for various reason. the obvious one being that my high school career is ending in exactly one week and i will never see half of my grade again after i leave for school. that's kind of a big thing. i can't wait to graduate and get the hell out, but at the same time i'm leaving behind so many things and people and places and memories. it's sad. it's bittersweet.
will i survive down south? will i make friends? will i be completely lost and alone and have no idea what the hell to do? will i do well in school or will i completely freak out and do horribly? will i come back with SOUTHERN ACCENT? lol. that would be cool, but back to a serious note....honestly i am really nervous about heading south. like fucking scared. it wont hit me until i get there and sign in and move into my dorm, (suite actually lol) but it'll be weird. i'll be all alone, no parents around to baby me, and i can't just drive 2 hours to see them and have them comfort me. i dont even know how to do my own laundry! right now i'm more excited about leaving, but i know that i am really really scared about going. i knowww i'm probably just worrying to much and will be fine because i'll have three roommates living with me who probably know more about life in general than i do, but still. oh well. enough of that, i'm probably just making everyone else really nervouse by writing this.
to completely change the subject, i've been thinking a lot about other things, not related to school, that have brought up mixed emotions. i don't really feel like getting into it and probably never will, but whatever. it's not even that big of a deal, i'm not even completely sure what it is. ahh its hard to explain. it's just like a tornado with all these feelings swirling around, restless, crazy, intense.
ahh well, i've rambled, and probably confused everyone in the process. i just felt like talking about it i guess, to whoever reads this.
it's probably just the end of year senioritis symptoms kicking in hardcore. i was warned about this lol.
