that girl

Dec 03, 2007 19:12

shes that girl,
in a chair she sits always, forever, again alone;
when braces, glasses gone, still no ones notices;
cold snow angels in the freshly fallen white blanket;
in discipline she always believed when others fear it;
when others say they understand, only lies that explain;
dance steps in the empty streets, away from prying eyes;
within the sounds of music she finnaly finds peace and rest;
like a fairytale gone wrong, waiting for her prince charming;
lonely walks back home, feet trashing madly the leaves below;
in books she burries herself, longing for stories she'll never live;
catches snowflakes on her tongue. whenever one comes her way;
I am that girl.
