People here in ABQ are freaking out because it's like 20 degrees outside. Bah! They don't know cold. Just like they don't know traffic. They do, however, know posole and tamales (hi,
jsmitty_o!), which are quite delicious especially when the temperature drops. I, however, will be making baked spaghetti for dinner.
'Tis the season for holiday microbrews. If anyone has any suggestions of ones I must try this year, let me know. So far I have tried Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale (yummy and hoppy) and Bridgebport Ebenezer (so-so, but too much clove).
