#...THINGS CAN ONLY GET BETTER...NOT!...#
Things are getting worse at work, particularly on a Saturday when there is nobody on my (Produce) department until 8am! The store opens at 7am and 9 times out of 10, the salad packs have not been put out, and I get irate customers badgering me all of the time for products! I am a code-checker and, therefore, do not have the time to keep running out to the chiller to fetch whatever items have not been put out! I only have six hours to complete the code-checking and reducing in! I have been saying for weeks on end that we need staff to start at 7am on Produce, but nobody ever listens! I am seriously considering quitting my job if the situation does not improve by the time I start university! I do not need this kind of hassle, especially when I start studying! The job is making me cross and miserable, and I do not intend to carry on working in this environment if things are not rectified by the end of September, if not sooner!
