where to begin??
well..holy bejesus god (yes, i really said that outloud when i saw that the last time i posted was october!!) i just don't even know where to start its been so freakin long!! if any of you have myspace then you pretty have the skinny on me, although i havent updated that in a while either.
its been nice living on my own for a while, although when my lease is up im moving back home to save money. "but rachel" you might say, "that is a horrible idea and you will hate it now that you have been out for almost a year" you are probably right but its too expensive for me. jen and i had a few good months in the ol' apartment but then she had to go and get a job in chicago and move out!! so my brother moved in instead and he can't afford as much as jen was paying, so its just too expensive for me. id rather just move back home, deal with the rents for a while and then hopefully either move into a house or move in with brad..
who is this brad you might ask. well, after the whole umm..fiasco? with anthony and the failed engagement i was pretty much done with boys for a while. i learned that rachel+army boy+long distance+shady=no good. luckily i happened to meet the exact opposite of that when i was least expecting it. so rachel+slightly nerdy programmer+next town over+sweetest guy ever=extremely happy rachel. see exhibit A

but yeah, we have been dating for 8 months now- time is seriously flying by!! but yeah, im sure my love life is boring to you...and as a matter of fact..all of this is boring as well. this will be part one of my update and ill finish it later so that you aren't completely overwhelmed...
in recent news though, i started a diet on monday. let me tell you that it SUCKS ASS!! i have about zero willpower but surprisingly its been 4 days and i havent cheated at all (which is a HUGE accomplishment for me, let me tell ya) so if im bitter or cranky you will all know why!!
