soo..at the request of miss emmy, i will give you all a brief update on the story that is my life.
i am now 22 since my bday was July 19th. it kinda sucks not being 21 cuz i really feel there are no more significant birthdays to look forward to. so sad day there. but it was ok because all was redeemed when i got to take my road trip to florida to see my man with deedee and jordan. after the hotel from HELL (including three power outages in less than an hour which involved climbing four flights of stairs using a cell phone to light the way, dirty nasty rooms, a shitty-ass tv with 2 channels, and various drug deals in the lobby) we ended up in a glorious best western!! and then i got to see anthony and, well, it was wonderful to see him. and for anyone still left in the dark- yes, i am engaged. :-D we havent told my parents yet but when anthony comes up here in sept for leave we will inform them and anyone who wants to meet him will get the chance.
other than that piece of news, my life has basically revolved around work. the new branch is opening monday and we are not even close to being ready so i get to go in tomorrow and work my but off to fix it. i finally get a chance to decorate my OWN OFFICE!!!! you do not even understand how excited that makes me!
