Two things:
1. We had ordered some pictures from our online wedding proof gallery at
www.smugmug.com, and they didn't arrive (despite many assurances from the US Postal Service that the package was in fact delivered.) So I went to contact their costumer service department today, and this is what it said:
SmugMug's Support Heroes answer emails within minutes 365 days-a-year nearly around-the-clock.
They don't like talking on the phone, however. So please,
email them and let them surprise you with a speedy, friendly reply.
Things you might email us about:
- problems placing an order
- question about an order you've placed
- gushing or griping about SmugMug's look and feel
- questions about signing up for SmugMug
- what is the meaning of life (42)
How freakin awesome is that? (As an aside, I did email to tell them that I was very sad about the non-arrival of my order, and they responded within 40 mins to apologize for the problem and let me know that they will reprint my pictures and express ship them at no cost!)
