hey this is nice
I am subbing this hour for a 7th grade social studies teacher. They are a great class. Every single one of them is working on their work! No one is talking! Its awesome! :) However, utterly ridiculous the work is. They are doing fill in the blank outlines... Now that I guess is ok. But the homework that they corrected at the beginnign of the hour was also fill in the blank. However, the teacher wrote in the sentences for them and then they had to fill them in. They weren't required to write out their own sentences. Lame. They're in 7th grade!!
Anyway- singing in a wedding this weekend... getting paid a lot for a wedding. But, I'm not complaining. The groom helps out with sound at the high school and they both go to the church in Constantine. They're pretty fun people. I'm going to the reception too and hoping there is alcohol... this has been a crazy week.
We're in our first week of rehearsals for the fall show so I am back to my being at school for 12 hours. yess!
