this entry actually has a point to it, unlike the others...
Okay, so there's a couple guys in one of my classes that always talks about a certain type of music every single day. So, I listen and I don't trash their opinions, which I believe would be completely rude. Then today, I got asked what kind of music I like, so I couldn't hide it and wouldn't want to, I said country. I grew up on country music, I bet there aren't many songs that I haven't heard, no joke. So what happens when I say country music or anything else I like, I get ragged on, and told that anything but their music basically sucks. Oh, that pushed me over the edge. I rarely get steamed, and I'll have to admit it, I was steamed, lol. I just thought that was completely rude. I mean, I don't really care for their music, but I never once made fun of them for it, or anything of that nature. My gosh people need to broaden their horizons a little. I like just about any kind of music, which I believe is called eclectic (not sure on spelling, I just sounded it out lol). But anyways, people you've gotta give something a chance before you tear it down. Seriously I got a ton of my friends into country, and they hated it before and now it's their favorite. You just gotta know how to settle into something. Anyways, this update is basically just reminding you to give things a chance before putting people down for the things they like.
