I've been reading a bunch of Heroes forums and the concensus is that Hiro sent the bullet back in time without realizing it. wtf?? seriously? I do not think Hiro simply reversed time on an individual bullet. That would be TK and not time alteration.
People also keep talking about how stupid Mohinder is for not seeing Sylar for who he really is. I say, the dude is freaking hot and he could talk me into whatever. No, I don't think Mohinder is gay- he is just more trusting than he should be.
