RIP Rachey
Bad news.
Rachel passed away, she was pronounced dead somewhere around 2:30 AM on January 29th.
Rachel suffered a massive brain bleed in the stem due to a blood clot. Her brain swelled and there was nothing they could do. It probably swelled within 15 min or so. She held on long enough for me to get there from Peterborough.
Rachel is now an organ donor, she is going to save five peoples lives. Her lungs, heart, kidneys,liver and pancreas are going out to families in need so that no one else has to go through this. Her lungs are going to a person with cysic fibrosis, and one kidney and her pancreas to a person with severe diabetes. She is saving five peoples lives.
