Either my student employees are terrified of me or they're the quietest creatures on this planet.
I'm not used to quiet students. I'm used to loud, boisterous, giggling, inappropriate-yet-very-funny-outbursts type of students.
So I bought cookies to draw them out.
I can now hear some conversations in a regular tone of voice.
