It's been two years since I started this journal, and even though it's the thirteenth, I'm posting this entry on the eleventh, just to keep things straight, since I started this journal on the eleventh, and I reviewed my year that day last year...anyway...
Since last March I've...
said good-bye to Michigan State and my friends there
finished planning a wedding
moved into my first owned property - the condo
gotten married and gone on a honeymoon
planned and decorated the condo
started my third year at college: at Oakland University
turned 20
remained friends with some
became better friends with some, especially faerygirl [thanks, by the way]
and regained estranged friendships
been diagnosed Bipolar and have experienced crappy side effects from crazy meds...
but seem to be leveling out
lived through four thanksgivings and three Christmases
painted my basement the color my hair used to be (blue)
had the lonliest Valentine's Day ever
been torn apart by love and stitched back together
bought too many journals
and...
bought the first and second seasons of CSI on DVD.
I've learned that things you think are gone, never are, and things you wish would go away probably never will, but in the end, family is family, no matter who they are, and learning from life is brilliance.
