sometimes you come along a person or two that just.. see you. get you. care. or at least seem to. even only a few words can be said to give you that feeling of being seen by someone. and when that happens, all the other people and events that are driving you mad seem to get a little quieter. and it's one of the best feelings ever. it's the feeling that there are people out there that you're looking for, or that you're at least hoping to come across in life. they're the people that may pass through your life a little quicker than you'd like, but they planted something in your mind that you'll always remember in one way or another.

i'm thankful to have met a few people like this. to make me feel like this.
and it's a good night for it.
i'm lacking hope in the human race.
