thank fucking god i was freaking out since i was really dumb and didn't make a copy of my application and they don't accept it online so i had to mail it and i was so scared because i hadn't heard anything from them since i sent it in on December 1st.
ginny has her g-town interview today: good luck girl
i'm scared to have mine. no i take that back i'm TERRIFIED. i have to have one for vanderbilt too but my dad mentored my interviewer for three years.... weird. i hate interviews.
oh and i'm completely finished applying to all nine of my schools as of friday and i guess have now gotten verification of applications from all my schools and i'm ecstatic. no more applications..... just waiting until april.
oh and i'm starting to really like william & mary. they're so so personal about everything and their admissions people are really funny. like whenever they send e-mails they're very entertaining. example:
"Hey guys,
2:00AM.
Yes, this email is being sent at 2:00AM on a Wednesday night (or Thursday morning). No, that is not because I am an insomniac (well not entirely). How's it going for everyone? I am currently on my way out my office door, heading across the street to Wawa to reload on my favorite caffeinated beverage for the final late-night push of Early Decision application reading. And while working at this late hour is perhaps less than personally desirable, I am pleased to do it as I am enjoying reading many of your applications. So I'm just checking in with everyone to make sure the holiday season goes well and that you all get those applications in on time!"
maybe it's me, but all the other contact i get from other colleges is so formal and forced... they just seem very casual and laid back.
