Ok, so here's 7 questions that plucky_lass asked me.

1/ you started LT as a character close to one who then retired and moved to America, and then had her killed the character to play one tied to someone who died soon after. Have you found those things challenging or taken it in your stride?
Tom retiring Tirell was a lot more challenging, since I still wasn't sure exactly where I fit in OC, let alone IC. But the PBs are awesome, and I managed to work out where I fit in both the group and the faction. The situation now's a bit easier, because I'm comfortable with everything OC and Amy very quickly found her niche. I think if Gareth had died earlier in the season, I'd have had to retire her, as she'd have no reason to turn up. Whereas, now she's made enough friends to have a reason. Admittedly, it's hard to tell how it's going at the moment, since I haven't had a chance to play since the Gathering.
2/ What possessed you to do two social events in two years, and how's it going?
God knows. It was mostly because Rick asked me to help him organise a social just after Night of Stars, and I jumped at the chance, because I vaguely remembered Skal being fun. Then, when the concern about a social not being organised came up, and we volunteered to run CoLaD, I had completely forgotten about it. Rick reminded me, and asked if I was still interested, and stupidly I said I was. But, what I find most fun, is that I do something a bit different each time. Even if it's just a different aspect of the pre-event organisation.
I'm currently feeling way too on top of things. I've probably forgotten something. But, so far, so good. Just need some people to book now.
3/ If you had had any input, what would your name be?
I actually like being called Rachel, I think it suits me.
4/ Given that your boyfriend doesn't larp, what does he think of your characters?
He doesn't know anything about them. He tunes out when I ever try to talk to him about larp, so I've stopped bothering trying to tell him anything beyond when events are.
5/ Is catering the right career?
So far so good. I'm loving my new job. I don't think I've ever been this happy at work.
6/ If you could have one item from the ACME catalogue from roadrunner, what would it be?
One of the giant catapults or sling shots. Then see if I can make larp safe ammunition for it.
7/ They say everyone has one good novel in them. What's yours about?
A strong-willed independant princess whose life falls down around her ears.
