(no subject)
I'm sorry everyone for being so dormant. I promise I am here! I log on from time to time and read up on my friend's list. I miss having time for Livejournal!
My friend Tiffani and her 18 month old son Noah (AKA Jayelynn's boyfriend) have been staying here with us. It's been really nice. Tiffani and I went out last Friday, we went to a couple of bars. One of them had a DJ and a dance floor, we tore it up haha. Everyone was loving it. I haven't danced in so long! I've also never been at a place in my life where I didn't care what people thought when I danced. I just went out and had fun, and it seemed everyone loved it :).
Jeff will be home in 7 days (as of 13 minutes from now, haha). I MISS HIM SOOOOO MUCH!!!!! These irregular emails just aren't cutting it! I hate having to go for days at a time without knowing how he's doing. A fellow Boutwell wife of mine got a phone call from her husband today. Makes me sad, I didn't even get an email :(. Granted, I did just hook my phone back up today.. but still.
I currently have a grade of 80.17% in my class right now. It ends in a week. To some this may not seem to be very good, including to me, but I have to give myself some credit. Online school is pretty darn hard to get used to!
I still have yet to find us a house. I think I found us a car, it's a silver 2006 Suzuki Forenza. I love it! It was less than 72k miles on it, and it's SUCH a great price!!! I've been trying to get ahold of the online dealer guy so that I could negotiate a bit since we're paying cash. I have the money to pay the full price right now, but why pay the full when I can haggle just a bit? :). It's in a town near where we're moving, so we'd be breaking the contract on our current car, returning it, flying over, shipping the animals, and picking up our car once we're there.
We would be breaking the contract, but since they committed identity theft against Jeff's name they shouldn't be able to hold a case against us. Yay.
