barfy stomach/bye-bye car/printer victory
Life would be so much more convenient if I didn't constantly have digestion pain and discomfort issues. I hate having a nauseated feeling every other day.
Barfy stomach. Bleah.
My car garage guy keeps postponing the day I can get access to my broken car and get this Andrew guy to tow it away and sell it for parts. He says his boat is parked in front of it. I'm really hoping to make it all come together and happen tomorrow, since today it's raining and I'm sure Andrew won't want to do it in the rain. Need the $ from selling the car for parts, and the refund from the garage guy, in order to make rent.
FINALLY got a printer (that we got some years ago from Freecycle and have been storing the basement) to work with this new (to me) MAC, so am printing once again! Exciting. (It was difficult, but I eventually got it working. Actually it works better than I ever dreamed-- the color printing is particularly bright and nifty.) Mailed a bunch of job thingies this weekend.
To do this week--
monday: play phone tag with two guys about car, try to set up towing for tuesday, find all car paperwork and title, get rest of job applications done and mailed, do dishes and clean stove, finish book 'em typing projects
tues: take pics of car, get it towed, do laundry
wed-fri: hopefully temp work, or will go work for mom
sat: babysitting
