Post-Easter
Not that I can remember when I last updated, but here's a post-Easter one! ^^
Great aunty Mary came to stay with us over the holiday weekend, the 2nd time she's come to us ever, and it was lovely to see her. We even went on the London Eye on Monday, it was sunny and ace, and best of all I didn't have to pay as carers go free - bwhaa!
Otherwise, I lazed about and recovered from a manic 2 weeks at work (finally finishing Phoenix Wright 1!), and then went and put all that good work to waste by going to Perrin's bday on Sat! I gave him a present that he appreciated - a fez - and Sunday morning something the rest of us enjoyed ;)
I didn't get a big egg this year (a first?!). I got a small Mars egg from Aunty Val, and assorted animals from Jon and mum (sheep/bunny), but unfortunately the egg Ross kindly ordered for me went astray! First the company cocked up and sent it to him, and when he then chucked it in the Royal Mail, that's the last we saw of it.. oh well, just have to go to HotelChocolat and compensate myself xD
Ross and I found the train trips to see eachother getting silly-expensive, so we're now booking 3 months in advance! I actually know, on a weekend by weekend basis, vaguely what I'm doing for the next 3 months. Frightening. Bit of a pain as well, when people ask me even a month in advance if I can do something, but oh well...
COSPLAY!
I'm not doing X-23 for summer L-Expo now. Reasons being that I don't think I'll have time what with other plans, and it'll be bitching-hot in the summer! So that's going to be on hold for October or whenever.
My next project is a Shining Force character for Japan Expo. Can't remember name off the top of my head, so it'll have to be a surprise xD Nia and I shall be the cutest, magical duo ever though~!
And for AmeCon, I shall re-wear that, and do some sort of KOF costume.. either Athena, or another cute girl (Yuri?). And I think even those 2 is more then enough for me to handle right now!
Work is dragging, and my body hates me right now (hiccups.. ones that hurt my chest alot AND make me think I'm going to vomit all at the same time, while my head laughs at me). New one for bday, plz!
