For the Chocolate Box exchange, which focuses on romantic or friendship pairings, I wrote The Gift for 
aurilly's request for Emeth/Tirian from The Last Battle. If you don't remember him, Emeth was the honorable young Calormene officer, who made a disproportionate impression in a very brief appearance, at least on those of us who like noble warriors.
