hay kids....i'm in louisiana sitting on the couch in the hotel room. this hotel room is pretty nice you walk in and to the left in the kitchen and it's got everything like an apartment kitchen would have, then there's the living room straight ahead, then to the left of the living room is the bedroom, bigg...but small beds and small bathroom :-/ we came here cause my sis's orientation is this week....borinnggggg...i almost didn't go cause i wanted to get service hours at my church babysitting the cutest little babies ever! ha ha...yeah anywayss, my summer's been going greatt....anthony and i are still together! wha-hoo....he's on vacation this week, at lake lbj, and they don't have internet or phone connections up there so i can't talk to him until saturday, when i come home. today we woke up at like 6 in the morning and ate breakfast then we went to the school, we parked 5 blocks away from the student union, which is where we have to be for most of the orientation. we waited in line, got seats and everything, listened while the boringg lady talked and then it got fun, she started asking questions, and when she got to one that we could comply with i got really excited...the question was how many kids do you have in college, and she asked 1,2, and 3 and a lot of people raised their hand and then she said 4 and us and another family raised their hands, and then when she said 5 i was like no way that's so many...and some one raised their hand! she had 4 kids at lsu and 1 at a&m...she got a shirt, lucky hoe...anywayss, then she talked for forever!!! and then she gave us a 10 minute break and i went and found my sis and then she and i went to go register for her dorm room for the nite which was on the other side of the campus, so we walked over there and it was locked, so we had to walk all the way back to the union hall to get something to drink cause it was like a billion degrees outside, and then we went to the other side of the campus so valerie could take her trig test, and so i sat outside the door and read while she took it, she only took 30 minutes cause it was only 20 questions, then we went to the mickey d's and got lunch, ate, sat in the commons area and waited for my parents to get out of their thingy, then they went and ate and valerie and i went to the bookstore to go look at all the stuff. i really really want a lsu sweatshirt, but they are like 50 bucks! dangg, the one i want says lsu on the front and geaux tigers on the back...i just want to see how people would pronounce the geaux in texas....ha ha hilarious! anywayss, then we left, came back, took a tour of most of the freshmen dorms, which are pretty much crap if i do say so...then we went to see mike V, the tiger and it's cage was being renovated so he wasn't there...durn, then we drove around, ate dinner and now we're back at the hotel. hopefully tomorrow will be funner, it should be cause we get a tour of the campus even though we've been around it like five billion times and we might be to eat lunch with my uncle and aunt, if they're in town, and my cousins if they aren't busy at lsu...and i kinda regret saying that i want to go here, cause it's not what i expected...it's not what i'm looking for in a college...which kinda sucks cause i really wanted to go here...but oh well, i know it sounds stupid and all, but i think anthony and i will be together a long time, so i kinda want to go to college whereever he goes, or around the area, but it sucks cause he wants to be a fireman/policeman...which can be done in richmond, and there aren't many colleges around there...oh well, i'm ganna finish watching full house and crap...lata yo! :)
