I bought a pen today. I went to the store for paper, but they didn't have any that seemed right (I'll just use bristol, I guess) so I wandered around for a while. It's such a fun store I hated to leave empty-handed. And then I got to the pen section. I'd looked at the calligraphy pens before... I have a fountain pen at home, so I tried to tell myself I didn't need to buy any, but the dip pens tempted me and I bought one with six nibs, and a bottle of ink. It's lots of fun. I've never used this kind before, and I was surprised how long the calligraphy nibs hold ink for (they've got an extra metal piece, the other one I tried runs out pretty fast, but that's part of the fun!)
