Okay, so here's the deal. Starting tomorrow, I'm really gonna get my shit together. My goal is to LOSE at LEAST 25 lbs. before Sami can GAIN 25 lbs. It may seem a bit extreme or unattainable, but I know that it's possible. I will be eating better (that's a promise) & pushing myself to work out at least everyday (but not less than 5 times a week). No more junk food, no more fast food, no more eating late (aka after I get home from work). It's gonna take awhile, but I'd rather do it right and do it healthy.....than to do it in a way that's stupid and unsafe.
I'm done looking in the mirror and being disgusted with myself. I wanna lose the weight and tone up. I know I can do this, and the motivation is actually there this time. I actually have someone working just as hard for something that they want - as I do. So now that the motivation is there, it's all going to be put into action :]
Is it sad that I'm actually excited about this?
Note to self:
1. Save your money and don't spend it like an idiot [ie. impulse buying]
2. Keep a positive attitude and never give up.
3. Make sure to get all of your school stuff figured out and set.
