"i don't mind falling down and scraping up my knee..." - guster

Dec 01, 2005 23:00

i actually fell and skinned my knee today. i mean who does that? i felt like a third grader though and that made me happier than i've been in a while. and thank goodness i was wearing my jeans that already had a hole in my left knee. chalk that up to good luck.

i had my YL interview today ( I FIND OUT MY TEAM NEXT WEDNESDAY!!) and weight room employee evaluations and am proud to say i came through with flying colors. it was a good day.

i also took a very long a fufilling nap and read a whole book.

i am looking forward to tommorrow because nothing is going on and i like those days. i am going to buy a mug becasue i recently discovered that i really like drinking tea.

i feel like i had soemthing else to say but i can;t seem to remember. oh! i decided that my over-christmas break project besides car hunting will be painting my room. no reason really, just feel liek it. i can't wait for christmas break.

i don't really know what to get anyone for christmas thie year except fo rmy mom and sister. tough stuff.

you know who is wonderful? jenna, that's who.

i'm not really stressing out about exams so i hope you aren't either.

i like this:
"Who are YOU?' said the Caterpillar.
This was not an encouraging opening for a conversation. Alice replied, rather shyly, I--I hardly know, sir, just at present-- at least I know who I WAS when I got up this morning, but I think I must have been changed several times since then.'"

i love you all dearly.

trivia question: what is the most geologically active body in our solar system? whoever gets it right first gets some of mom's christmas baklava!

if mary ann or maggie or rachael reads this, please remind me to call steve to see if i can get any christmas shifts. i miss BBQ and you (and specifically mary ann and i's sweet tea trick)

TGIF tommorrow,
take it easy,
R
