Today is 04/05/06! YAY!!!! I was waiting all day for it to be 01:02:03 PM 04/05/06 but then I ended up missing it because my mentor teacher was ranting about Bush and I was annoyed and forgot to look @ the clock! ARGHHHH!!! My lesson today in Humanities went a LOT better than yesterday. It is still tricky though because I teach his lesson right after he does. So if he rants about George Bush for 7 minutes, then I have to fill that time some other way-- like reviewing what we just learned or talking realllllllllly slowly... or asking lots of questions. Anyway- it definitely was better today. I officially have 17 days left of teaching! Of course-- one of these days is an in-service day, and I will be gone for two others! Another day I am having a guest speaker (HOLLA!) and of course we have to have a day for the test. I also have two days where they are working on researching and writing their papers. Soooo.. when you add that all up... I only have 10 more lectures to write. W00t w00t! It's come a loooong way since the beginning of the semester and I had like 85 lessons to do! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

I told my kids today that I would be gone after April 28 and one of them asked if I was going to teach @ FCHS next year. I wish! But alas- I actually have to go out and find a job! SAD! My application was due on Monday at Windsor but I still haven't heard anything yet. It is making me nervous!

Golf was fun today-- ohhhh-- btw-- I got an awesome hat yesterday for golf! It is a black and silver Calloway hat with my name stitched on the back in silver thread! WOO HOO! It is sooooooooo cool.

Anyway- I still have to write my stupid webquest for tomorrow and I am tired! :-/
