Today has been alright.
Got conned into going to church this morning, which was alright but for the fact that I had to wake up early-ish.
Man... those old choir ladies(you know the ones, with vibrato that sounds like they're being violently shaken)
Spent the afternoon procrastinating on a scholarship essay, which I finally finished.
AND cleaning the bathrooms! Golly I just love scrubbing toilets, and the lingering essence of tile cleaner on my hands makes me feel so fresh.
Finally ran away to Bryan's. We spent some quality time together at the Dollar Tree searching for kitchy things for his next art project. I got a toy anatomical model of a frog. The outside is transparent and there are colorful plastic organs inside that you can take apart. Pretty kick-ass.
And had a Pizza Hut feast for dinner.
Blargh! I have to have a thesis for Light in August by tomorrow, but I'm only about 1/3 of the way through it.
I guess it's sparknotes to the rescue!
I hate doing research before I finish a book. I like to be able to read unbiased. But English teachers like to have their way.
