We are moving. Really! The owner of the condo has purchased a house and is already living there. Instead of paying for the condo and the house while we wait to get the last necessary paperwork back, the offer was made for us to move into the condo and treat it as a rental until we can make the purchase. Today we are signing the rental agreement and moving a couple boxes over. Goodbye, apartment complex! We are out of here!
