Pretty damn dumb, apparently. Seriously, folks, if are offered a contract like this, you are being insulted. The person on the other end thinks you are stupid, gullible, or too excited about the carrot they're dangling to actually look at the fine print.

This is one of those times when I am immensely grateful that I work where I do. Dark Horse isn't perfect, but it's built on the idea that treating creators like tools is both bad business and patently uncool.
