Eeek. This makes me restless when running. The owner of the missing parrot lives near my fave running route -- which includes a huge park, or rather, fields, where I've seen hawks. I've talked to him and his parrot a while ago. Now I'm looking out for that bird all the time. Is it true that there are huge flocks of parrots in some areas of London? Heck. When they're actually free to fly, they look so fantastic and totally different from what you get to see in zoos. It's just, well, there are birds of prey here, too. And this parrot is alone.
Peter is actually a girl, and one of the reasons why cat lady is so upbeat. Peter never stays long enough in one place for me to take a picture.
I ended up bending over in a funny way and took a picture of my ass. Ha. I'm not sitting on her back, it just looks like that...
With a little luck, my weekend will include video gaming. Ha. I'm looking forward to getting trashed by the boys. The last tournament we did was a tetris battle, and that was boring because nobody can stand up to me anyway. It's much more fun to be the scruffy inept but obstinate underdog.
