Gardening update
As some of you may or may not know, I have started my garden! I have been wanting to garden for YEARS, and I figured now is the perfect opportunity...
A little over a week ago, my brother and I went to Home Depot and bought landscaping timbers to build beds for my garden. I have some pics of corn beds (these are NOT mine though- just an example)..

So I have 2 beds built.. 1 is 8' by 6' and the other is 8' by 5'... I will be having a smaller herb garden built one of these days.
I have started germinating the corn seed and do they ever sprout up quickly!!! I had to thin out the plants today (basically leaving room only for the strongest one) :(.. But I hope this season to plant:
Corn
Pumpkins
Potatoes
Chives
Cilantro
AND MAYBE some sort of easy fruit/veggie not sure- just 1 or 2.
Planting season takes months so I hope to start harvesting my corn in the middle of the summer, and my pumpkins I won't even start until June and they should be ready in September sometime.
I will let you know how it goes :) I was at Goodwill today and bought Eli a little toy lawn mower, so next year when I am planting Eli can "mow" the lawn :) :) I also started my compost pile- so thats exciting!!!! Also by next season I should some lovely compost to mix in with my soil :)
