David just accepted an awesome new position with the state. He's been working really hard for the last few months trying to find a good job and it's finally paid off! The only semi-problem is that it's in a new city...actually an old city...the oldest of cities...St. Augustine. So, for the next few months, David will be in St. Augustine while I finish up my job in Orlando. I wanted to stay with my job for at least a year so it didn't look like I was jumping from job to job. We found a beautiful apartment right downtown in a nearly 100 year old Victorian house. It's especially great because it's right across from the mission grounds, which has a huge field for Phat Joe to run around in. Being away from David every night is hard, but I know it will pay off when I finally get to move there for good.
We may not have a couch or a dresser, but dammit we have alphabet magnets! :)
