(no subject)
Well I'm in a particularly happy mood right now... I've just paid off $700 of my car... ALRIGHT!!! Hahaha every pay week I pay off some of my car and it feels GREAT! Oh yeh, and I've been out spending my birthday money yesterday and today... I bought some Ugg boots (New Zealand sheepskin yay!) yesterday and today I bought a brand new CD system for my bedroom. And... I still have money left over... *score!*
Anyways the last few days have just gone by so quickly. Just been doing flute teaching, working etc! Last night was Youth Group... I had heaps of fun, it was good! We had a Scavenger Hunt, and even though there wasn't that many people there, it was still great fun! I was in a group with Angus and Simon, and ahhh dearie me... funny stuff. I guess that saying that I was in a group with Angus and Simon just kinda explains MANY things, so hey I won't go into detail... I'm sure you can imagine it! After Youth Group had kinda finished we started the traditional ball game afterwards... lots of fun... even though there was plenty of picking on me by Angus and his brother Ross :S Then after we'd been playing that for just a tad too long... went across to Gus's place with him and Simon to check out his major art work again... haha Simon hadn't seen it yet, and he thought it was absolutely hilarious that Gus had drawn a picture of ME. But anyways, it's been made into a poster advertising a fake exhibition of artworks - Angus'.... that's how he's presenting it. And he's fully finished the drawing now... crazy stuff.
Well it was a lovely day today... the weather was marvellous! And tomorrow is set to be even better... excellent weather for the BBQ after church service tomorrow morning! Will definitely be taking my camera along with the black and white film in it... perfect weather to use it in! Getting a little nervous about doing the Kid's Spot with Adam tomorrow morning... took the dog for a walk this arvo (yep, my plan is to get back into doing that!) and was practicing my lines as I was walking... dog looked at me weird hahaha. Got it all pretty much downpact... GO ME! Lets just hope it all goes according to plan.... :S
Alright well before I sign off... a few birthday shout-outs!!! HAPPY 19TH BIRTHDAY THIEN for today!!! Ahhh you're an absolute champion Thien, miss you heaps! And HAPPY 21st BIRTHDAY LORIEN for tomorrow... wow, so exciting! I'm very sorry I couldn't make it to your get-together tonight... Karen has a party on and Mum's sick, so I gotta do the taxi service thing.... Sorry! Hope you have an awesome time!
