I started thinking today...wow! I slept in until 11:15! that only means one thing...speech is over. it's partly happy but i will miss it. so here it is...my list of 5 favorite speech quotes from this year.
1. HDA "Te entregaste el dinero?" "Nunca" "FFFFFFFFFFiddlesticks!!!!"
"Wowzah!" "FUDD-RUCKER-BURGER!!!!!!!"
2. HDA *to the tune of MY HEART WILL GO ON* "Every night in my dreams, I see you, I hear you. That is how I know you go on." "The reason why you hear me, is cuz I'm haunting you for not saving me that night on the iceberg.
3. DDA *overly dramatic* "I will fight you!" *pause* "You will lose!"
4. prose "Oh and by the way, just for future reference, it's the OTHER leg"
5. DDA "So... uh... what have you been doing today?" "Eating corn chips and watching porn..." *awkward pause*
You may not enjoy them quite as much as I did, but those are the quotes that made me love speech this year. amen.
