I suppose I should update my personal journal. Lesee -- I have some temp jobs this week. I get to do office work and demonstrate carebears! And my dad has cancer. He just told me yesterday. I really hate it, because - even though I think he'll be fine, I hate the idea of him going through chemo, which is just awful to my understanding. Sometimes I wish I had more contact with my dad. I wish I were a better daughter. He's always taken care of me and I was terrible to him when I was younger.

My niece was Carmen from Spy Kids 2 for Halloween. I guess the powers that be underestimated the popularity of this costume, because you couldn't buy one anywhere. They were all sold out on the Internet stores that sold them, so my brother commissioned my mom to make the costume. She was very flattered and my niece looked adorable (as always).
My boyfriend bought a Frankenfurter costume, but chickened out and didn't wear it.
