*my hand really hurts where i whacked it on the sabrett's mustard cart at waldbaums yesterday in a mad dash for bisquick.
*last night's festivities were everything i love about friends and life which could only have been made marginally better had it been a smidge warmer so we could have eaten outside and had i been wearing sweats.
*i got a box from my mom in the mail yesterday containing coffee bean creme brulee coffee. the apartment smells like syrup and i have died and gone to heaven. i never want to live without this again.
*also in the box was the susan lucci "youthfull essence" demabrasion info-mercial kit. i'm excited to try that.
*today the jetter is going to be inspected...then she will be an official new yorker. plates and all. *sigh*
*i want to go to the haptons with lori and erinlike last summer...i think we all really need it. maybe colleen and katie can come this time too. we can have hamburgers again (colleen and katie can have grilled cheese...or grilled soy cheese or something) and i can buy a ridiculously overpriced shirt just for the shopping bag and then we can go on the swings...*sigh* life is so fun when you're looking backwards.
*i don't want to work tonight. and the wine tasting at 4:45 is going to make me throw up. i am going to see if i can go the whole day without eating anything except the small bit of yogurt i had for breakfast. not to be unhealthy, just to dtox from yesterday.
*i love jeannie. i think she's going to be a really good friend. i'm excited about that. i love new good friends. jeannie and kristen. i scored, i think.
*costco rocks.
*i want to go to the downtown and see a show. any show. i don't even care if it's nine days (although that would be nice). i am just craving music and familiarity. half circle drive at muchumba would be cool too, but the 9th is so far away and i will probably have to work. i need some guitar and some long island bar...(that rhymes).
*i also need sushi. somebody sign up to go with me to wasabi in farmingdale, please?
*i miss my mommy.
