since i've started work again - teaching wee little ones to ski (so to speak) it's been a bit hectic around here.
training min 3 days a week. working 2 days a week (up @ 5am home around 5pm). getting groceries/doing errands at least 1 day a week.
it's really nice to be running again. i am a bit nervous as my mileage is a bit less than where i'd like it to be. i also have confidence in my "slow & steady" ability to finish - even if it turns out to be 12 min miles (hopefully not).

if anyone lives near (with an hour or 2) of a race and you're willing to offer a couch/bed/something semi-comfy
to sleep on please let me know.
