more movies!
ok, quick thought on the side: what the heck happened to Aries?? (my most favorite file d/l-ing program)... i had it on my comp and it rocked, but now i cant find it to download anywhere! if anybody finds it let me know.
i forgot that i actually [finally] got around to seeing Peter Pan on Fri. It was pretty weak-sauce. It held pretty true to the original book (unlike the Disney cartoon version which is actually not very much like the original story at all), but it also threw in a couple of things i thought were odd: they added the flying through outer space, which never happened in the book, and also they turned marauder's rock into a castle for some reason. weird. and it was way too ala-spy kids cheesy effects - needed more real swashbuckling action.
tonight went and saw King Arthur. contrary to most reviews ive heard, i thought it was good stuff. it had everything you could want - Keira Knightley, lots of fighting stuff, and undertones of morals, loyalty, honor, etc. plus it had funny stuff in it. i give it an A.
oh, also went to Thaifoon for dinner - food was SO good! i love that place. a little pricey, but really good food, and you get quite a bit of it.
