So I guess Bush admitted today that they dragged their feet getting to New Oleans... well duh!
Now they are making a contingency plan for natural disaters because "experts say" that California WILL have a major earthquake in the next 10-30 years.
The worlds second largest fault line is expected to go before that. It runs down 3rd street here in Bloomington, IN.
