I don't understand. Isn't the fail obvious? And I'm not just talking about race!fail either, though that is pretty apparent. Aang was in a European monk hood!
I'm starting to lose faith in the boycott. It seems like people would rather be excited over this mediocre movie trailer than fight social injustice.
I'm *sure* everyone here has dealt with annoying pro-cast people. How do you guys manage to stick to your beliefs? People keep telling me I'm overeacting, and a very close friend of mine is saying things like 'I like this movie idea, and I don't think it's racist, so stop saying it is'. I stopped talking about it, and people decided that if I wasn't going to mention it, they can go ahead and mock anti-casters.
One person said that we probably thought this was the next holocaust and that we were probably just whiny, angry blacks and jews.
