The Karate Kid Trailer
I recently went to see Alice in Wonderland and was met with the trailer for the new Karate Kid in the previews:

Although none of the main characters are Asian American, the casting and setting are still particularly interesting to me, and I was wondering about other people's thoughts on it, and the film in general. Personally, two things that jumped out at me was the young, inter-racial romance and the 100% lack of any Caucasian characters. I wonder what commercial succes would mean on that, if it would mean anything at all.
Also, I found the exchange between the kid and the man on the plane in the first few seconds quite entertaining.
