(no subject)
i finally got to see my grades from last semester. yay! i got a 3.5 which makes my cumulative a 3.45. i'm okay with that. it's not great but i'll take it. even with the d in pe that i got. that rocks. i think this semester is going to be even better. i keep going up by a few tenths of a point each semester which is good. always nice to be improving. today has been a pretty good day and tonight dr. follett had dinner with us. that man is crazy smart-he started his undergrad on scholarship to be a physics major. who knew? i've been reading and napping all afternoon/evening. big exam in history on thursday. i'm still lucky though because i don't have as much to do this week as anyone else. also tomorrow i'm going to meet with dr. fikkert after i get out of spanish to talk to him about economics after other schools and the grade i got on my exam which wasn't so good. that was depressing because i really thought i knew it. who knows. abby says (and i agree, especially here at covenant) that you can never go wrong by talking to your professor. i'm being proactive.
also sarah i realized that monday and tuesday are my only days to bum around washington dc so any ideas on what i can do those two days by myself that i haven't done already yet. i figured i'll just metro in the mornings with you when you go to work and then metro home with you when you're done with work. it's going to be awesometastic.
