2013 is fastly screeching to a halt and I have yet to make a list of resolutions to break for 2014. Honestly, I can say that I hate when people make weight loss their top priority for the new year. Making that your top priority is as good as saying "I will eat 3 bacon cheeseburgers a day until I gain 50 more pounds". Why the fuss over resolutions for January? Why can't a person want to make a change in their life and just do it right then? I've never understood this logic. Unless - new years resolutions were created by procrastinators. Then the logic makes perfect sense. That's got to be it.
This has, however, been a very difficult year for me and for our family. I do hope and pray that 2014 brings about better things in my life. First of all I am searching for Heavenly Father. He was once in my life and in everything I did but I have gotten lost. One day I hope to feel his love in my heart once again.
